As is the case just about every season, the Los Angeles Rams will be among the most frequent travelers in the NFL this year. Being a West Coast team, they’ll travel a lot of miles in 2025 – 35,330, to be exact.
It’s the second-most miles of any team, fewer than only the Los Angeles Chargers. Their trip to London in Week 7 is a big reason for their uptick in mileage, but they also have flights across the country to Tennessee, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Carolina.

Before they go to London in Week 7, they’ll face the Ravens on the road in Week 6, so they’ll shorten the international trip slightly. The NFL shared a cool visual of all the miles the Rams will travel this season, putting into perspective just how many cross-country flights they’ll take.
The Rams will be racking up the frequent flyer miles in 2025 but it’s not anything they aren’t used to already. This year just comes with many more East Coast trips than usual, as well as that long flight to and from London.
