To highlight its vast offerings in destinations like Spain and beyond, the TTC team, led by Jenni Berg, Director of Sales and National Accounts, handed out samples of olive oil made by an olive oil grove in Spain that features prominently on a TTC tour. The sangria also flowed throughout the night, with guests taking home the recipe as a small keepsake of Spain, one of TTC Tour Brands’ most popular destinations.

Of course, this was just a small sampling of TTC Tour Brands’ umbrella, which comprises Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Contiki, Uniworld, Luxury Gold, Costsaver, Brendan Vacations and more, for a combined total of over 1,000 trips in over 70 countries. But for the advisors and their clients in attendance last night, it was a perfect introduction to TTC’s tour offerings in Europe and beyond, particularly ahead of the busy summer season.

“One thing I can say that really does flow through all of our tour brands is not only what you’re getting when it comes to what’s included and the amazing value, but also the connections you make – with the person you’re travelling with, or with other people on your tour if you’re travelling solo, or with the locals. I know for me, I’m always in tears on the last day because you really do make some great friendships on our trips,” said Berg, who is celebrating her 20th year with TTC Tour Brands next month.

According to Berg, the fact that the roadshow takes place in May – Travel Agent Appreciation Month – isn’t a coincidence. Leading a standing ovation for the travel advisors in attendance, Berg said: “Our amazing travel advisor partners are very dear to our hearts. They are the ones who are connecting our travel experiences to our amazing travellers.”

In addition to several tour vouchers that were drawn last night, a grand prize ($500 gift card) was awarded to lucky travel advisor Cheryl Abbott, who was chosen at random. Every guest in attendance last night was also given $100 in savings per person – in addition to TTC Tour Brands’ seasonal sale that includes savings of up to $4,000 per couple on any tour brand – if they book a trip within the next 14 days.
