The title came from an article on the travel blog, Hand Luggage Only, which highlighted the writers’ 20 favourite destinations across the country.
Norwich was included and came in an impressive eighth place.
“It took me far too long to make our first trip to Norwich (England’s first-ever medieval city), and I’m ashamed to say that my very first visit was this year,” the author wrote.
“Well, better late than never, eh?”

They explained Norwich sits in a convenient location, just two hours from London by train.
The article said visitors should visit the “incredible cathedral”, explore the “historic cobbled streets” and wander around the market.
Norwich placed higher than some of the nation’s most well-known beauty spots such as Robin Hood’s Bay in Yorkshire and Watergate Bay in Cornwall.
The Lake District came in first place, Corfe Castle in Dorset was second and The Cotswolds came in third.
