Group travel tour operator Pleasant
Holidays
announced that it has eliminated cancel fees on bookings across
its portfolio for reservations cancelled up to four days prior to departure.

The no brand cancel fees policy comes as Pleasant Holidays
has launched a refresh of
the brand
to better serve the travel advisor community. The enhancement
complements the company’s existing policy of zero brand cancel fees on
continental U.S. and Canada bookings, as well as zero brand change fees at any
time across its destinations.

“We are laser‑focused on creating changes that
positively impact our travel advisor partners, enabling them to sell with ease
and peace of mind,” said David Hu, President & Chief
Executive Officer, A | T Collective in a statement.

He added, “This latest
initiative reflects our commitment to the travel advisor community and our
continued investment in policies, resources, and service levels that makes
working with Pleasant Holidays an effortless experience that empowers travel
advisors at every step.”

Pleasant Holidays says it will continue to invest in policy
review, technological enhancements and service levels to elevate the travel
advisor experience.
