Riviera Travel has recruited a new head of guest experience from outside the industry following an “extensive search”.

 

Nikki Stannard previously held senior roles at Severn Trent Water and Experian, where she led large operational teams.

 

The operator’s operations director Noeleen Pritchard said: “Nikki stood out during the recruitment process for her genuine passion for people and her unwavering commitment to doing what’s right – qualities that lie at the heart of our guest experience. 

 

“While she joins us from outside the travel sector, her extensive background in customer care, combined with a fresh and insightful perspective, brings exactly the kind of thinking we need as we continue to refine and improve the way we serve our guests.
