The company, owned by Oxford Bus Company, is offering a 20 per cent discount on its tours from Monday to Thursday until February 16.

The one-hour tours take in Oxford’s historical sites, including Oxford Castle, Christ Church College, and the Ashmolean Museum.

There are 20 designated stops along the route where visitors can hop on and off, and the tour package also includes an optional 45-minute walking tour.

“Therefore, it’s important we continue to create ways to encourage people to visit Oxford. This is a fantastic offer that we hope helps drive footfall into the city.”

The tours offer audio commentary in 14 languages, and a children’s version with quizzes is also available.

To take advantage of the discount, people need to produce a valid or recently expired bus travel ticket on the Oxford Bus app.

Visitors are also encouraged to take advantage of the Oxford Bus app users exclusive discounts in and around Oxford.

Oxford Bus Group has partnered with more than 20 businesses, including tourist attractions and cafes, to offer discounts to app user.
