Sky Vacations is launching a culinary tour in South Korea this spring that will explore the capital city’s vegan food scene.

The four-day Seoul to Soul Vegan Journey itinerary, created in partnership with the Korea Tourism Organization, will take guests on an immersive exploration of Seoul, visiting a number of restaurants and experiencing private vegan cooking classes.

Guests will take a vegan kimchi-making class before heading to the bustling isles of Namdaemun Market, the largest and one of the oldest traditional markets in South Korea. They’ll sit down with monks at Jingwansa temple for a vegan lunch and a spiritual tea ceremony. Also, they’ll  dine at Plantude, a popular vegan restaurant in Seoul known for plant-based twists on traditional Korean foods like bulgogi deopbap.

The Seoul to Soul Vegan Journey is part of Sky Vacations’ Vegan Vistas: Global Culinary Journeys tour series. The tour runs from May 27 to 30 and prices begin at $1,235 per person for four-star hotel accommodations, and $1,435 per person for five-star accommodations.
