50 Brazilian tour operators embark on fam trip to India & Nepal

India is attracting visitors from around the world, with a special focus on Brazil

A group of 50 tour operators from Brazil are currently visiting India as part of a familiarisation trip organised by Tiwari Tours, a Delhi-based travel firm.

To foster tourism from Brazil to India and to enhance bilateral cultural relations, Tiwari Tours, a leading tourism organisation based in New Delhi, is currently hosting a group of 50 tour operators from Brazil.

In a press statement Tiwari Tours says that it has been at the forefront of promoting tourism in India, attracting visitors from around the world, with a special focus on Brazil. It adds that recognising the importance of international collaboration in tourism promotion, Tiwari Tours is committed to expanding its reach and establishing partnerships with tour operators from Brazil.

The statement adds that Brazilian tourists have shown a growing interest in exploring India, and such interactions are essential for fostering international partnerships and showcasing India’s diverse culture and landscapes.

As part of this initiative, Tiwari Tours says it has mounted a familiarisation trip in India and Nepal from April 29 to May 15 for the 50 Brazilian tour operators. It adds that the itinerary includes visits to New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Varanasi, and Nepal and the initiative has been supported by Indo-Brazil Chamber of Commerce (IBCC) and the Embassy of Brazil in New Delhi.

The statement adds that this familiarisation trip aims to boost tourism and strengthen cultural exchange between India and Brazil, promoting India as a premier tourist destination for Brazilian travellers.

As part of the visit to India, a gala dinner was also hosted at the Embassy of Brazil in New Delhi for the invited tour operators in the presence of Ambassador of Brazil to India, Kenneth Felix Haczynski da Nóbrega and members of the IBCC.
