HBO’s “The White Lotus” is bringing the show’s sun-soaked resort life to home kitchens with its first official cookbook. The culinary tie-in features more than 50 recipes inspired by each of the season’s luxury locales — from Thailand to Hawaii and Italy.
Authored by Jarrett Melendez and published by Insight Editions in partnership with Warner Bros. and HBO, the cookbook officially arrives Sept 2, but is now available to pre-order on Amazon.

The White Lotus Official Cookbook: Signature Recipes from Our Resorts’ Most Popular Destinations
“The White Lotus Official Cookbook” translates the series’ signature settings into tangible experiences for fans. Recipes range from Hawaii’s butter mochi and lomi lomi salmon to Sicily’s pasta pescatore and Thailand’s pad thai goong. Designed to be accessible to both casual home cooks and ambitious entertainers, the book is filled with vibrant photography and step‑by‑step instructions meant to capture the show’s resort‑style decadence in a practical, replicable way.
The project reflects a broader trend in which prestige TV series expand their worlds through experiential lifestyle products. “The White Lotus” has already leaned into pop‑culture crossover branding, most recently with a viral Coffee Mate collaboration featuring Thai Iced Coffee and Piña Colada creamers —flavors that inadvertently echoed the poisoned cocktail plotline in the show’s third season.
The cookbook comes out just in time for the 2025 Emmys, which has already honored the show’s third season with 23 nominations. This includes nominations for Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Supporting Actress (Carrie Coon, Parker Posey, Aimee Lou Wood, and Natasha Rothwell), and Outstanding Supporting Actor (Walton Goggins, Jason Isaacs, and Sam Rockwell).
“The White Lotus Official Cookbook” will is now available to pre-order on Amazon.
