Enhance your game day experience at Citizens Bank Park with a VIP Pregame Tour! Now’s your chance to go behind the scenes with this semi-private guided tour of our beautiful ballpark before experiencing the excitement of a Phillies game. Plus, for the first time ever, fans are invited to visit the field prior to the start of the game!

Tour stops include the field, Media Room, Philadelphia Insurance Club and the newly-renovated Cadillac Hall of Fame Club, which features a curated collection of milestones and memorabilia including a can’t-miss photo opportunity with the 1980 and 2008 World Series trophies.

At the conclusion of your VIP Pregame Tour, be sure to visit the newly-upgraded New Era Phillies Team Store to treat yourself like a VIP! Shop exclusive All-Star Game merchandise and explore new product drops and collaborations. All VIP Pregame Tour participants will receive a 15% discount valid on the day of your tour only.

VIP Pregame Tours begin at the Suite and Club Entrance – Home Plate on Pattison Avenue three hours prior to first pitch.

*VIP Pregame Tours require a game ticket. VIP Pregame Tour tickets and game day tickets must be purchased separately. Each guest must have their own pregame tour ticket. All tour stops and locations are subject to change without prior notification depending on the activities occurring within the ballpark and/or due to weather. Batting Practice is held at the discretion of both teams, is not guaranteed, and is subject to cancellation without prior notification.

• All tours are wheelchair and stroller accessible. Wheelchairs are available by request.
• Cameras are permitted. Please view our Guest Code of Conduct with any questions.
• All bags will be subject to search prior to the tour. In an effort to expedite entry, guests are prohibited from bringing bags, including backpacks and drawstring bags, to the ballpark. Only clutch purses and/or fanny packs (no larger than 5″ x 7″), clear bags (no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″), medical bags, and diaper bags will be permitted into Citizens Bank Park.
