Rosemaund Distillery and Farm in Herefordshire is welcoming guests from November onwards for whisky tours and fire-cooked dining events.

Led by the Chase family, founders of the original Chase Distillery, the experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at their field-to-glass whisky journey.

Visitors can explore the distillery where grain grown on the farm is transformed into whisky and matured beside apple orchards.

The experience includes a tour, tasting, and a WildKitchen lunch prepared by Callum McDonald, a former MasterChef: The Professionals contestant.

Mr McDonald is based at The Bookshop, an award-winning restaurant in Hereford.

The menu celebrates Herefordshire produce and is served in the WildKitchen, a dining space set on the farm and surrounded by orchards and meadows.

A spokesman for Rosemaund Distillery said: “The dining experiences celebrate that – an afternoon of good company, great produce, and a rare glimpse into the craft and place behind Rosemaund Farm Whisky.

“Each menu is seasonal and ingredient-led, featuring produce grown, reared, or foraged within a few miles of the distillery.

“Expect simple, generous cooking over fire, paired with house spirits and a glass or two of something local.”

The WildKitchen concept was created by British film director Guy Ritchie, a creative collaborator with Rosemaund.

Mr Ritchie first conceived the WildTable in 2015 at his Ashcombe Estate.

After years of refining the idea, the WildKitchen now offers an outdoor dining experience designed for all seasons.

The Rosemaund experience is priced at £120 per person and lasts around four hours.

The WildKitchen seats up to 24 guests and can be booked for private or mixed groups.

The distillery is located about 15 minutes from Hereford station and is accessible by train from London in around three hours.

Additional dates will be released in January 2026.

Rosemaund Farm has been home to the Chase family since 2007.

In 2008, James and Harry Chase, together with their father William, founded Chase Distillery on the farm, helping to revive the gin category with their award-winning spirits made from homegrown produce.
