This Morning star Josie Gibson is fronting a new travel show called Around The World in First Class

This Morning: Josie Gibson explains holiday injury
Josie Gibson opened up about her love life on her new Channel 5 travel series, Around The World in First Class.
During the premiere episode, the 40-year-old TV personality enjoyed a luxurious stop at a five-star water villa in Dubai before jetting off to Doha. She began her journey in style, taking full advantage of the first-class lounge and its VIP perks.
Upon arrival at her extravagant £15,000-a-night villa, Josie was utterly dazzled by the sumptuous amenities from the personal spa experiences to gourmet dining to the service of her very own private host.
On her debut evening, Josie embarked on a sunset boat excursion, known as a prime venue for romantic proposals. Despite the setting, no romantic gestures were in store for her as she set off with just her guide for company.
“No proposals for me tonight, but I’ve definitely had my money’s worth,” she remarked, reports the Mirror.

That didn’t put a dampener on her spirits, though, as she added: “Seeing Dubai at night from a boat is incredible. The beauty of it is magic. It’s at night that Dubai really comes alive.”
She was later greeted by a red carpet laid out on the sand and enjoyed an intimate dinner by herself, complete with scattered rose petals. “I feel like this is the closest I’m going to get to a proposal, because this is what it feels like. There is no expense spared here and it feels so romantic right now. And a tiny bit depressing that I’m here on my own.”
Yet solitude was short-lived as Chef Julian LaRay soon joined her to whip up a fantastic meal featuring Josie’s beloved sushi. Later, the celebrity confessed she would “have loved to have someone to share this with.”
It comes as Josie’s first public romance was with her Big Brother co-star John James Parton. After their stint on the show, they lived together but eventually split up.
She then got engaged to plumber Luke Sanwo in 2012, but it didn’t work out. Speaking to New! Magazine at the time, Josie said: “The passion has been slowly drifting and now it’s pretty much nonexistent. I feel like it’s the right thing to do at the moment.”
The This Morning presenter later started dating Terry Bond in 2017, and they had their son Reggie in 2018. However, they separated a few months after Reggie was born.
They had known each other for two decades, and during the pandemic, Terry moved back in so they could parent together as a family. Back in December, Josie revealed that she is currently single as she’s too busy with raising son Reggie and working.
The First Class Travel Show airs on Channel 5, on Friday’s from 8pm.
