Hays Travel won Best National Travel Retailer, Best Travel Agency for Cruise Holidays, and Best Retailer for Forex/Travel Money at the ceremony in London on Monday, December 8.
Hays Travel has now taken home the top award in every category it was nominated for three years running.

The British Travel Awards are based on consumer votes and recognise the UK’s top travel businesses.
In 2024, 420,000 individuals cast more than 1.6 million votes across all categories.

Phoebe Thompson, cruise commercial manager, collected the award for Best Travel Agency for Cruise Holidays.
Beccy Rayner, head of foreign exchange sales, accepted the award for Best Retailer for Forex/Travel Money.
Ms Rayner said: “We are completely delighted to have scooped gold for a third year in what is a highly competitive category.
