Ski in Luxury, a family-run luxury travel agency, has been named as the World’s Best Ski Travel Agent to France for 2025.
The business, which was created in 2005 by husband and wife Andy and Fran Castle, received the award at the recent prestigious World Ski Awards.

Commenting on the award, Andy said that the win is a testament to the work of their team and the trust they have built up with their clients.
Andy said: “It’s an absolute honour to win the World’s Best Ski Travel Agent to France 2025.
“It’s a testament to the dedication of our entire team and the trust our clients place in us. We sell more than just luxury ski chalets. We go for service gold, so our clients experience extraordinary mountain memories in France, where every detail matters. Whilst we also celebrate our twentieth anniversary, we’re excited for another successful chapter of new faces, new properties and new possibilities.”
Ski in Luxury is currently based in the former Lloyds bank building in Charminster and as mentioned by Andy, their achievement also aligns with the business’ twentieth anniversary.
The outcome of the World Ski awards depends on votes from ski tourism professionals and high-end consumers globally, making the award a ‘significant and independent’ marker quality of service to their clients.
The business is said to have an ‘extensive’ portfolio of more than one thousand chalets across Europe and Canada, providing more than ten thousand guests with ‘magical’ experiences every year.
Looking to the future, the business is keen to meet rising demands and has confirmed that there will be ‘significant’ investment focused directly on client experience, as well as their sister brands, Ultimate Luxury Chalets, Alps in Luxury and Villas In Luxury- which are part of their portfolio, Blue Skies Lifestyle.
This year, Ski in Luxury welcomed eight new members of staff, including a new head of sales.
The business recently celebrated their twentieth birthday with a celebration at the Key West Bar & Grill on Bournemouth Pier.
At the event, Andy said: “Fran and I couldn’t have got here without each other, or without our incredible team who are all here tonight.
“Thank you also to our partners, it means so much to us to have your continued support over the years. We are very proud to be where we are today, celebrating this milestone and we look forward to the next 20.”
