Katy Perry says she feels “super connected to life” and “so connected to love” after landing back on Earth.

We know that the pop star sang a rendition of Louis Armstrong’s What a Wonderful World while in the capsule.

When asked about the importance of her song choice, she said it was “about a collective energy, making space for future women, it’s about wonderful world we see out there”.

Her daughter, Daisy, was there to see her take part in the mission and was heard saying “mummy, mummy” as she went up.

The singer says the experience came “second to being a mum”, which is also why it was a hard decision to take the mission on.
