Travel company that specialises in package holidays to the likes of Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East has entered liquidation.
A UK travel company has gone bust with all holidays cancelled – but passengers won’t get any refunds. Regen Central Ltd, a travel company that specialises in package holidays to the likes of Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East has entered liquidation.
The collapse means all holidays jhave been cancelled, in a blow for UK tourists. Worryingly, some passengers are at risk of not getting refunds too – because records show that the company’s ATOL protection was withdrawn on January 13.
The licensing is required for all tour companies in the UK and guarantees that customers get a refund if the company collapses.

A spokesman for the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said: “We understand the company had no outstanding ATOL-protected bookings.
“Bookings sold as accommodation only, non-flight packages, and flight only bookings for which tickets were issued are not protected by the ATOL scheme.
“As there are no outstanding ATOL-protected bookings, no refunds will be issued.”
The spokesperson for the CAA added: “If you believe you are owed a refund for an ATOL-protected booking, under Regen Central Ltd’s ATOL, please contact us via email at claims@caa.co.uk.”
It comes as experts have warned that there is just weeks of jet fuel supplies left before airlines start running out.
Earlier this week, the head of the International Energy Agency warned that vital supplies remain blocked by conflict in Iran and Middle East between the United States of America (USA), Israel and Iran.
Airlines UK, which represents major carriers such as British Airways, easyJet and Ryanair, said: “We are talking to the Government about crucial measures that will be needed to support aviation in the event of fuel disruption.”
It added that there is ‘currently’ no disruption to jet fuel supplies.
A Labour Party government spokesman said: “We continue to engage with British airlines to support their operations against the backdrop of war in the Middle East, and to limit the impact on passengers.”
