The 64.95-tonne abnormal load will be travelling at 9am on Tuesday, October 28.
It will travel from Main Road in Kesgrave to Sizewell B.
This load measures 19m in length, 4.6m in height and 3.4m in width.
The route will travel along local roads, A1214, A12, Caution, A12, B1122, Lovers Lane before arriving at Sizewell B.
Police will escort it from Wickham Market to Sizewell B.
