Ever dreamed of moving overseas? If you’ve thought about it, these cities which have the best quality of life in Europe, might just tempt you to do it.
The EU Commission asked residents in 83 cities across Europe a series of questions about their quality of life.
Despite the survey being run by the EU, the winning city wasn’t a destination in the bloc, although several EU spots did make the list.
