A travel firm is looking for “adventure-seekers” to lead tours across the globe – and travel the world for free. Solo adventure travel brand WeRoad is looking for candidates right here in Manchester to be Travel Coordinators.
They’re seeking individuals who are passionate about travel and are “enthusiastic for meeting new people and sharing new experiences”. Travel Coordinators lead groups on WeRoad trips to destinations across the world to ensure that travellers have “unforgettable journeys”.
Other qualities coordinators need are problem solving, flexibility and organisational skills. Candidates need to have “the ability to promote a great group atmosphere and think about other people”.

All the coordinators have to do is be able to run a minimum of two trips per year, but they have the freeform to choose which WeRoad trips they go on. Founded in 2017, WeRoad offers group travel experiences tailored to millennials and offers more than 200 unique itineraries.
If it sounds like something you’d be interested in, then the first step in the application process is answering a few questions on the WeRoad website. Then if it looks like a good match, candidates will be invited to an online group interview on February 20. Those who are selected will then enter the WeRoad Bootcamp, a weekend training course which takes place in Manchester on Saturday April 27 and Sunday April 28.
UK Marketing Manager, Justyna Chlopecka, said: “WeRoad connects adventure-seekers who want to step outside their comfort zones and have transformational travel experiences. Our Travel Coordinators are integral to crafting these unforgettable journeys.
“They share their cultural knowledge and passion for travel, as well as maintain social mood in the group. We seek Coordinators that are as adventurous as the travellers they guide, ready to challenge themselves and expand perspectives. If you’re ready for a summer that never ends? Come and join the WeRoad community.” For more information and to apply, visit the WeRoad website here.
