It’s not just sports fans who will be glued to the World Cup draw on December 5 at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.
The tourism industry also has plenty riding on the event, which will lead to an updated match schedule revealing which stadiums the international teams — and their respective fans — will be assigned to.
With 104 matches across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, the tournament is expected to be among the biggest international tourism drivers for 2026.

World Cup Host Cities
Canada, Mexico, and the United States will co-host the tournament in 16 cities between June 11 and July 19:
Canada: Toronto and Vancouver.
Mexico: Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Monterrey.
